1. This is my first class. What should I bring? When should I show up?
We are super excited to have you. You will definitely want to bring a towel and water. Plan to arrive 20 minutes early so we can show you around and introduce you to FUEL.
2. How do memberships work?
Memberships are paid month to month on auto-draft. You can also purchase drop-in classes or a class pack. There is no long term commitment and no initiation fee.
3. Do membership classes rollover if not used?
No, if you do not use all of your classes they will expire at the end of the billing cycle. Drop-in and class packs do not expire.
4. How do I cancel/freeze my membership?
You can cancel/freeze your membership at any time. You can freeze your membership for 3 months out of the year. We require a 30 day notice to cancel your membership.
5. What if I have an injury? Will the coaches work with me?
If you have an injury please make sure your coach is aware so that they can provide modifications.
6. What is the late cancel policy?
8 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel within 8 hours we charge a late cancel fee of $10.
7. I have a friend that wants to take class? Can I bring them when I come?
Friends are the best. We ask that your friend follows the new member protocols mentioned above.
8. What if I am late?
We understand life happens. If the class is waitlisted, you forfeit your spot after 5 minutes.
