FUEL Classes

FUEL classes are designed to provide a mix of strength- and conditioning- based workouts. We rotate our high and low octane classes each week to provide a variety of workouts that get results.

 

High Octane

Designed to increase cardiovascular capacity and improve endurance.

Expect to see workouts and movements that elicit greater muscle recruitment than repetitive aerobic exercise.

You’ll leave class feeling challenged and accomplished.


 

 Low Octane

Workouts built to improve strength, mobility & coordination.

Expect to see workouts and movements that target specific muscle groups and emphasize strength training.

You’ll leave feeling powerful and fueled up.
